Already we are seeing the Spirit of God move like it has never before. The days of Elijah are near and the days that Isaiah and Daniel are coming to an end. The curtain is soon falling on the great earth today and we, soon, will see the Mighty Lord Himself descend from the clouds and we will soon with there with Him. The dead in Christ are awakening from their slumber and the spirit of the saints are soon becoming restless. Be ready for this boldness and healing to hit the church of Christ. Soon, very soon, we are going to see the King. It is something that has fallen in my spirit lately that has caused me to both rejoice and to grieve. I rejoice at the fact that soon, we are going to be with our Lord and Savior. We are going to be with the Great I AM. There will be no more sorrow and no more pain. Can you imagine walking down the streets of gold not worrying about a thing. There is nothing or no one that can cause you sorrow. No more heart break or aches. We get to praise the Lord God, Jehovah, forever and ever. You ask, then why do I grieve? I grieve because of those who are going to be left behind. I am filled with sorrow and burdened that they have yet to receive the Lord. Many think that they are going to heaven because they got their "get out of hell free" card. I was recently reminded of Matthew 7:20-23 which says "Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits. Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name and done many mighty works in Your name? And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands]." This used to cause me to believe that you could loose your salvation. I won't get into that discussion but I do not believe that is what this referring to. I believe what Jesus was saying was that you act like the devil Monday through Saturday but cast out demons on Sunday to prove that you are a "believer." But it will be he who fails to bear the fruit that will perish. Some people have a hard time believing that God would send someone to hell. Quite frankly, it's not God who made the decision. If you choose to not walk the walk, it's you who walks off the cliff, not God. It grieves me to see those who profess to be Christians but gossip and slander behind the backs of the saints. I was listening to a well known evangelist one day, I won't use his name because I don't have his permission, but he was speaking how some people get saved in church because of friendly fire. Friendly fire is when you shoot your own troops. So often we find ourselves in a place where we can easily judge someone because their hair is too long or they talk a different way or they have a different way handing situations. All that person wants to do is survive in the church. We also send friendly fire on those who are new believers. We demand that they change into what we believe that they should be as a Christian. Do I think those that are doing these will get into heaven? I think that they will but they aren't bringing anyone with them. But I grieve for those who won't be there on the account of the point that we, as Christians, just walk on by. God did not say go ye therefore into the world and change them into what you think that they should be. God said, "Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the [very] close and consummation of the age. Amen (so let it be)." The Word of God says nothing about changing them, it says teach them. It is not our job to be the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will change them. But we just let them go on their merry way and don't love on them, don't bless them, don't show them the love of Christ, don't speak of His name unless it's in the form of slander. I am as guilty as you are but I have to say that since my spirit has been burdened by this fact, I am not shy about my God or how much He is crazy about you or any human being on this earth. Soon, He is coming. There's no denying it. Who are you bringing with you? Who am I bringing with me? Have I caused someone to fall on account of me? Have you? I pray for forgiveness if you are one of those people that I have caused to doubt or even walk away from Christ on account of me. That is the honest truth. And I pray that if you have done the same, you will do the same.
