No Limits | Going Beyond

I was just meditating on the word of God this morning on Ephesians 3:20 which reads: Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams.]”   There are absolutely no limits with what God can do in any and all circumstances.  As Sara and I dream of what God has birthed into our spirit, the enemy has tried to come and steal (John 10:10) from us especially this past week.  There are times that I know that each one of us have just wanted to give up and surrender.  But we both know that the enemy has been defeated and “with men this is impossible, but all things are possible with God” (Matthew 19:26).

How often do we find ourselves at a place where we believe that we have no victory?  Have you ever found yourself at a place where you felt like giving up because there seemed to be no hope? Many times, we end up focusing on what we cannot do and fail to realize what we can do.  There have been times in my own life that I have felt that there was no point to a project that I was working on or have felt that because of our finances that we were not getting ahead.  God has to remind us through His word at certain times that perhaps we don’t have it together.  That would be what He is for.

God is ready to do far beyond whatever you are dreaming.  He doesn’t want your wimpy prayers although He will take them.  He wants you to come “fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God's unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it] (Hebrews 4:16).

Get ready to experience something great from God!
